Thought Bubble Theatre Festival is a team of artists committed to developing new TYA and TVY for community audiences. The festival partners with community organizations and is fully funded by grants in order to tour to local parks or other venues. The festival is committed to paying all contributing artists and producing theatre events that are open and free to the public. The hope for future festivals is to instate a youth advisory board that will lead the play selection process.

Each production for Thought Bubble Theatre implements the Suggested Practices for Building a Culture of Consent developed by Artistic Director, Alli St. John. All directors are provided with support materials, including a one-on-one conversation with Alli about the suggestions and how they might be best utilized in each unique rehearsal process.
